In a new consultation withJosh Horowitz , Matt Reeves was asked about the direction ofThe Batman 2movie , following the official announcement that the subsequence has been delayed to October 2027 . While plow the idea thatThe Batman 2will show"different sides"of Pattinson ’s leading hero , Reeves also reacted to rumour about who will be the next antagonist in the continuation , as he shared the following :
I hope so . I conceive so , I imagine the story is a continuation in a certain way , and entirely different in another . And it ’s going to show different side of [ Robert Pattinson ] . I think it ’s going to be really exciting , it ’s going to be really cool . [ When asked about rumors]You kind of look at them casually and go ' Oh is that what they think now ? Oh . Interesting . Okay . ‘You got ta put your head down and do what you do and attempt to do it as best as you may .
