WithKraven ’s negative inspection , it is vindicated that much of the film did not work for many critics and interview . With that said , there was a passel of what the film did with Alessandro Nivola ’s Rhino that was actually good . While the explanation behind his powers was not the strongest , the actual visuals were sometimes quite effective .

There is much in the flick to bask , including fun realizations of intimate comic characters and greatKraveneaster eggs , but overall the motion-picture show did not entirely dwell up to its promise . With this in thinker , Rhino was not given enough screen time in the film and was even killed off before the end . As a result , it seems unlikely that , even if aKravensequelwere to happen , Rhino would be given another chance to recur in the cosmos .
All of this feels like such a disappointing waste . J.C. Chandor has made some fantabulous films , and I ’d argue that some of the pieces of Sony ’s Universe lay down in moving picture likeMorbiusactually have some verve that could be better search further . I need to see Morbius and his engagement with lineament like Chameleon and Rhino , and it ’s such a disappointment that this plastic film will be all that we will get . This live - action version of Rhino may have been the good so far , but that is a abject cake ; not nearly enough has been done with the iconic lineament .

The Villain Could Be An Important Spider-Man Foe
Rhino is a unearthly and somewhat zany villain . The character debuted in 1966 as a Russian thug who underwent an experimental procedure that gave him unexampled hide and incredible intensity level . Dim - witted , the animal used these office for destruction , confront off against Spider - Man repeatedly through the class . With powers and intelligence information that are not unusual in the Marvel Universe , only his Rhino show set the type aside as something special or unique . With that said , other characters have received originative reinventions in the movies , and Rhino should as well .
Figures like Lizard were adapted faithfully , and it worked to tell complex character story . Others , like Vulture , were tweaked and switch significantly to be more effective in their films . I believe someone like Rhino could be efficaciously reinvented for something like an MCU appearance , and that this could be fantastically hearty . There are , after all , still ripe script and taradiddle to disembowel from , include " peak for Rhino " . The Rhino could be made into something even more square than he has been so far .

Whatever happen in the backwash ofKraven the Hunter , I in a heartfelt way hope that this is not the last that we ever see of these Spider - Man characters again .
