6Solitude’s Jarl Is The Newest To The Position

Solitude is the only hold which will not change its leaders depending on the outcome of the state of war . Jarl Elisif , widow woman of High King Torygg , willretain her seat even if the Stormcloaks take her city . It ’s difficult to say whether that decision was wise , because Elisif is both inexperient and incredibly angry at Ulfric Stormcloak for kill her husband .
